- Breakfast will be served from 7,30 to 9,30. If you have some dietary habits ( allergies, celiac disease, ecc) or some time needs, you can inform us during the booking or at the moment you come at our Bed.
- Luggage service: Carloforte harbour - B&B Terrazza Bellavista
- Complete Set: sheets, small and big towels (No bathrobe).
- Changing sheets every three days (if required).
- Air Conditioning in every room.
- daily cleaning of the bathrooms ( if the bathroom is shared the cleaning is done at least two time).
- room cleaning (if required).
- information service, restaurants and beaches indications..

-Rent Bicycle or sun beds and beach umbrellas

Booking:
You can reserve with telephone, email or website.
When you confirm the booking, we request you to pay 20% of credit into our bank account,
into two working days (in case of credit transfer send the receipt). Over the two days, We feel
free to cancel your booking.
The booking can be cancelled until 10 days before your arrival, with payback of the earnest*.
If you cancel you booking the day before your arrival, we will ask you the full payment.
*These indications are right for a stay of 15 days and booked with a month in advance.

At arrival:
- Check-IN: from 11.30 of the day of your arrival.
- We will deliver a copy of the rule of the B&B to sign it.
- We will deliver the key of the room and you will preserve it and deliver us the day of your departure.
If you lose the key we will request you a refund of euro 5.
- We will request an account of 30% of the total payment (50% with the earnest).

During the stay :
- Breakfast will be served from 7,30 to 9,30 (If you have some dietary habits ( allergies, celiac disease, ecc) or some time needs, you have to inform us the evening before).
- To preserve tranquillity of all the guests we request to turn down the radio, tv, telephone,pc.
- We request you to have respect for the shared areas (rooms, bathrooms); in case of property damage you have to tell us.
In case of manifest damages we will you the compensation.
- If required we will deliver you the access code wi fi
-In the case of rent bicycles or Sun beds / umbrellas will be made ​​a check before and after delivery , together with the customer

At departure:
-Check-OUT: until 11,00 hour of the deparure day.
- We will collect the key of the room and we will control your room.
- We will request you the remaining money of the payment.
- The room must be free until 11,00 hour. In case of necessity you can leave the luggage in an area of our B&B.
